Great Starter Home!

SOLD!!  I brought the buyer to this property.  I met the buyer when he was in high school.  I sold his parents their home and his grandparents their home when they moved to So Oregon from California.  The family had a meeting that I was invited to be a part of as the young man wanted to buy a home.  Three years later, he called me and told me that he was ready to be a homeowner!  He came in with his own downpayment funds as well as his own closing cost funds!  He bought a home that had been used as a rental so needed some work.  He wanted that type of home so that he could make it his own.  We found this home in the exact area that he wanted to live in!
