Cute Fixer!

SOLD!!  I brought the buyer to this cottage!  So much potential with this home and in a fantastic location.  My first time home buyer made this purchase.  We had to deal with a HUD Reverse Mortgage, an out of the area family member who was given the house at the death of his relative, and back taxes as well as alot of deffered maintenance!  In the end, the Reverse Mortgage settled for $370,000 on a purchase price.  My buyer's appraisal came in at $385,000!!  This was a long escrow, but in the end it paid off for my buyer!
